Sold a TF2 crate for $87.

What? Oh man, that's one pricey dino.
I guess my best profit was from a Alyx Vance foil - little less than 10€ with the effort of selling.

Bought a game for 6$ and sold the cards for about 12$, not great but best I've done so far.

Wow, how'd you manage to do that? o_o

Well I'll have you know that I used up only a few dollars to complete my Portal 2 card set, only to get some useless guff, and I only cried for 20 minutes. :3

Sold a Strange Festive Knife for $75 a few months ago. Bought Bioshock Infinite with the money :P

ive made £25 so far. Got a foil on day 3, managed to sell it for £12

Bought for around 10 cents each, lvl 0 sandvich, lvl 1 kgb, and lvl 99 jarate (for those who didn't understand, its tf2 stuff that can be worth a lot)

I have some good news. I have seen prices of cards going back up again, since the flood yesterday.

Probably made around $120 or so in total. I got one of the first series #50 crates which I sold for quite a bunch.

Gotta revive this. :D I just sold a background for 17€ and I paid only 1.34€ for it.

The only thing that I've done was sell a foil card for the Summer Getaway sale right after the end of the sale for 5 bucks. Now they're going down in price again as I thought they would as interest in them decreases - considering that you need an entire set and the other prices were fairly expensive before.

Totally ballsed up by hanging on to my foils until SSS, lost maybe £6-10 by not selling straight away.

Probably about £20 up (all gone on games now), which isn't too bad since I still have 100+ cards and crafted to level 20.

Making a 1 cent profit from a key I bought from the Summer Sale...

My best moment was selling a common Squidy Thing card for 3€ or so.

I spent my entire Steam wallet buying up TF2 keys for about €1.40 each just before the SSS ended, now I can resell them for an (admittedly small) profit :D

I made few bucks on TF2 items, completed few sets of cards, dropped poop, sold it for 3 bucks, bought Trine II and 5x Just Cause, exchanged that for Torchlight II for my friend. Still got 0.50e left, which I am gonna use to complete more badges.

And ye, if I sold the Summer Sale cards the morning of the sale, which I intended, I could have made almost 15 bucks. ^^
