Hopefully it was a mistake, but if you really meant to say she's four days old then I'd be concerned that you might not have her for very long, unfortunately. A puppy that young is still blind and deaf, can barely crawl and will require around the clock nursing (including stimulation to make sure it excretes). If you're not experienced in that kind of care and can't provide it, you shouldn't even think of removing her from her mother for another few weeks or at least until she's been weaned.
Alternatively, if you're bringing the puppy home now because she's already been removed from the mother or for another unavoidable reason, then the best thing you could do is put her in the care of your local vet's clinic until she's old enough to manage independently.

Wow your the first person to actually hit it right on the dot. I'll tell my mom about bringing the puppy to the vet for them to take care of because I fear the worse for her too. And it is as you said, all of this was unavoidable since the current owner has decided that she cannot take care of the puppy.

I'm not the one adopting the puppy, I'm just the one that's always responsible for the animals of the household. So if you guy would actually read around for a bit then you would see that I had no say in this matter.

Before the edit, you were asking if you could take a four-DAY-old newborn puppy (blind, deaf, immobile, unable to regulate its own body temperature) out in the snow.
The fact that you even had that idea makes you irresponsible and you should stay the hell away from any and all animals.
You don't "adopt" a four-day-old animal. What I wrote above goes for your mother, too. And judging by your edit - the same applies to your uncle.
That dog needs special care and I'll be damned if any of you have any idea how to replace its mother and not only feed it properly, but also help it regulate its bowel movements. Because guess what - a four-day-old dog will die of constipation without external help.
Either give that dog to the vet, or snap its neck immediately so it doesn't suffer.

The puppy is now at the vet and my dad has decided to call her Lucy, the vet said that she would be able to live with us within 3-4 weeks and I'm going to visit her daily since it's only a 30 minute walk from my home.
