No, you can kill him with sacrificial pact because he's still a demon after swapping places with your hero, sacrificial pact states:
"Destroy a Demon. Restore #5 Health to your hero."
As you can see there is no requirement for the target to be a minion, that's why it also works on Jaraxus while in hero form.

yep. as said sac pact is an exception. Jax would suck if hard removals worked on him.

I was thinking about one thing... Jaraxxus, you can destroy him with sacrificial pact. So it means even he is hero, it is possible to kill him with spell, so, it means he is still minion even when he is hero (omfg I hope you understand). So, my question is, is it possible to kill him with assassinate? or is it possible to double his health? or silence him?
