Sell/Trade Russian steam game

I have a CSGO steam gift which I can't activate because it is region locked to "Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Republic of, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russian Federation". Are there any websites where I can trade to people from these countries or anyone from these countries on here?
