i think have finally discovered what "catfish" is, here in Italy: "siluro" and not "pesce gatto" (pesce=fish, gatto=cat)
still, no luck to find a Screen Door without catching an intercontinental plane. (i use to google everything i don't know when it comes to food, and this one has been one of the most googled one, also cause of that heirloom up there... but that's another story)
also, it's 12:00 PM here, so not the best time to see that awesome fried thing
thanks as usual, jatan!

The Screen Door Plate at Screen Door. I chose mac and cheese, seasonal heirloom tomato and cucumber salad, and fried catfish. Best fried fish I've ever had. Screen Door is such a good restaurant.
