Dunno these days but about a year back CG, or maybe it was loko, checked the database and found the guy with the most public giveaway wins. Was 13 or something like that. Mind you, this was back when the top total games won for an individual was like 50-60.

I don't think it's really gotten that much higher though with the insanely amount of entries in public giveaways these days.
