Why are there no bundle threads for CY bundle?

I've thought several times of opening threads for them, but I can't estimate how much interested people would be, considering that they allow only Chinese payment methods.
I try to add them to Barter anyway, but I don't always know when a new bundle releases since the corresponding Steam group doesn't always announce them. Plus their announcements are in Chinese and it doesn't always work to use Google Translate for the actual bundle (Example: http://bundle.ccyycn.com/bundle/4581 -> here I don't even know what the title of the bundle is, since only the image is available, and not a text that can be translated).
If anyone is willing to help me figure out these things / poke me when a new bundle is up, I'm more than happy to open threads for them.

I think the Chinese forum SteamCN has the bundles record. CCYY classification

I just wonder, as I happened to see a game on my wishlist in this https://barter.vg/bundle/3473/ bundle.
Doesn't look half as bad as the GoGo bundles, but I see no threads on these.
Anyone bought from them? The bundlepage is in some asian language I think, and the payment methods are some I have never used, so I dare not even try.
