Now wait you say, but he's begging someone for games. No he wouldn't be. He would be asking politely for someone to post a giveaway for a game. Begging for games would be demanding quite rudely to people that they give Him the game.

Now yes, you could say he should use the wishlist, but there is no rule that stops him from using the wishlist and there is no rule that stops someone from seeing his request and posting a giveaway for the game.

I don't thinking asking for a certain give away violates any rules.
