Well as long as you redeem your keys while in MD, there will be no problem. But make sure to buy keys only from trusted websites.

If game has in Russian Steam Store "games from Russia/CIS playable in Russia/CIS", then you won't be able to play them when you'll get back for sure.
Games without that note - they should run.
BUT!!! Valve might not like this and accuse you of using VPNs, so you'd better get some receipts and tickets as proof, just in case some gung-ho employee decides he'll want some additional dollars for finding "abusers"...

Check the games on steamdb, there you can see if a game is restricted for activation only, or for playing too
