Note about Apex Legends DLC
According to EA FAQ, the DLC should be cross-platform (consoles/steam etc) "as long as you link all related accounts to EA account".

Yep, also what they didn't mention there, is you need to launch the game from the mentioned platform where you got the offer with to sync your game's info to get the bundle for all EA account.

Weirdly enough, the game isn't region restricted in Steam. I wonder if VPN works to activate games in Epic.

Yep, usually when other platform doesn't have it blacklisted means it's a Game Rating issue, but usually it'll get solved within the freebie period.
Weird that they haven't sent the Game from Epic to be rated in those countries at all yet. (Or already sent but still waiting for rate)
Just noticed this a while ago that even if the game is on PC, but if it's from Steam or Epic, they need to send their own copy for review somehow.

You can change Epic Store region, but sometimes you'll be required to turn in on to claim the game. Purchase is not required
At some point, I've changed region with the help of some free VPN (I think paid will work like a charm). You can change region with 6 month delay
