RPG Maker installation problem

No matter which version I try to instal, I recieve over and over again the same error during the instalation. There is a problem with CoGenDrm.dll.
"InstallAssembly failed; code 0x80070005
Access Denied"

I'm using Windows 7, I pick Windows XP compatibility mode and I get the same error. Did anyone else had the same problem?

Which version of RPG maker? If it's VX Ace on Steam, I'm using Windows 7 and I don't need any compatibility mode, so turn that off and try running as an administrator.

If it's any other version, I can't help, sorry...

It doesn't matter which version, since each recieves the same error. And unfortunately it's not on steam. So basically I cannot install it, no matter which version.
