"Giveaways must start and end within the next 30 days, with a minimum time open of 1 hour."

Does this rule also count for private giveaways (and group giveaways)?

I don't think so, because MonkeyHypeMike made 2 times a one-minute giveaway as I know of...

Just try to create a giveaway with less than 1 hour and you will see.
