Grand Theft Auto V Collector's Edition?

I was wondering if there was anyplace besides GameStop that sells the GTA V Collector's Edition,the closest copy they have around here is 24 miles away and the online copies are sold out. I'm really interested in the hat but I can't find anymore copies of it.

You can find it at Target, Walmart, Gamestop, Amazon.
The GTA V website has a list of retailers.
