How do i join a private giveaway

I've read people on the forums saying they win a lot of games on private raffles.

I think it could be a good idea to make raffles limited to number of non winning entries.

So private raffle for people who have entered 400 times and won nothing. and for 50 tries to 0 win entries for people like me.

Someone already made a steam group for people who have entered 300 times and won nothing. Also entering 50 times and not winning anything is not bad. Just wait you will win something.
