I really don't get all this hate towards Gaben.

I suspect that it was more of a generic "fat guy" joke than someone actually hating Gaben.

He talks slow like a fat greedy American. Why wouldn't we make fun?

It's not hate, we like him. Why would we joke with/about someone we hate?

Try verifying the integrity of the game cache.

I'd be more worried about the health of your HDD.

Well i used CMD command to check to status of HDD and another program to check it,seems okay.Eset and Hitman Pro alhough have detected a few viruses. Is there a probability that they have deleted all my games?

I haven't heard of any viruii that target only steam but it is possible. It is also possible that the antivirus software detected each of the games as being infected and either moved the files to a quarantine directory or simply deleted them.

I assume he meant system restore to a point in time where you had the games installed.

+1, I haven't heard / seen a "repair" function on Steam. The only thing that is similar and comes to mind is vertification of game cache, however that requires the game to be installed, and only works when a few files are missing, not the whole game.

ITS THE SAME as repairing....use your brain

Haven't used it much, so I'm not sure. Unless I'm mistaking, the one time that I did use it, some files that I had deleted were returned.

Restarting Steam has always worked for me.

Never even seen that happen. Didn't know it could. But I don't think steam is entirely the issue somehow.

Could be that 60 installed games were maxing out something like drive space.
