I had a similar problem yesterday, for some minutes my usual search queries (wishlist + level 8+, wishlist + min copies 2 etc) showed nothing but it's something that happens from time to time, I re-synced steamgifts with steam and everything went back as normal so probably they're just temporary issues.. I don't know much of computer programming but whenever these things happen on Steamgifts, to me at least, they usually last for some minutes or until I make the next sync (or if Steam is down/overloaded due to sales etc.) =)
