Torchlight II's value

I'm sitting here thinking about buying the Torchlight II 4-pack but only have 2 people besides myself that would play it. So my question is if I did this would the last gift copy be worth a trade for Don't Starve? I would have posted this over on SteamTrades but kinda feel awkward due to the only post being [H]s and [W]s so sorry in advance.

While I wouldn't mind giving it away normally I also need to stop spending on games and want to use it to trade so I can get the last game I want. :)
