Yeah, I dunno about that. Steam sells it. It would appear that Night Dive Studios owns rights for it since they are listed as the publisher.

Well it looks like Night Dive Studios had nothing to do with the original release. It's also on old-games.com for free download if you have an account.
I'm sure the Night Dive Studio version comes with a packaged emulator which would inherently make it not the same release.

Offtopic: Is there any script that lets you put a mark on the discussions? It would be great having a little mark telling you if you have solved a puzzle, you are working on it, or is completely new (oh, and that if the OP is edited, it warned you)
