No. You have to remove your entries manually.
In case you win a game multiple time, activate one, do not touch the other keys/gifts and ask the giveaway creators of your 2nd (3rd,...) win to re-roll a new winner.

You will not be automatically removed entries from the others. You will have to remove the entries by yourself after activating the other win, and if you want to get your points back you probably don't want to have something like 300P before removing.

Manually delete your entries, if you forget one and end up winning again ask creator to re-roll. And also when you add a game to steam by purchasing or win&activating, sync your account on the site here. In settings you can Hide giveaways for games you already own

I have not won anything yet, but I want to make sure I understand how the system works in case I do win.
The question I have is if I make multiple entries on the exact same game and win a Give Away, will the system automatically removed my entries from the other give aways for the game I just won?
I guess the chances are low, but I want to make sure i do not win 2 different draws for the same game.
