3 Free Games Wishlist Summer Event

Can anyone explain me how it works? I did not really understand anything, I did not understand that when they choose people do it now 19:00 PM or within 24 hours? I did not understand, someone explains it to me?

You make wishlist, you craft badge, if your team wins you have nearly-not-existing chance that when new daily deals appear you'll be chosen to get top 3 buyable.with-prices games from your wishlist.

Sadly, only games which currently have a "buy" button on their store page are eligible.... my first reaction was also to add GTA V to the top of my list before I became aware of this.

Honestly, I did not understand the fact that the Daily Deals, namely those games give discounts?
Or the win, because of the Steam FAQ you do not understand anything and is explained very badly and I'm confused.

What then is not even fair "Other people can win TODAY" ie so if for example a person that day did 300 points, 300 points these are no longer valid for the new event "Other people can win," I think that is really unfair to the people who made the points in those days.

Daily Deals - those 9 games they change once in 24 hours (hence daily deals, even if they go for 2 days).

When list of those games change that's when winning team(s) are decided and new round starts.

I do not think it works like that, because I have read that there will be a "lottery", but here are now saying that these games go in "Daily Day" I am not understanding anything.
