Thief is sad optimized or me?

I would like to know who Thief has the same problem or am I (although I think that is not the fault of my PC, but perhaps more the fault of the game itself)
What then are not the only one who has these problems, but many people have it even with higher performance of my PC, somebody have Thief?
I copy and paste the problem:

"I am very glad I got on the cheap , why not worth € 10 , not talking about the game but the optimization of these that have made Nixxes , a horrible job ever seen, then I know that I do not have the components brand new and not even pretend Ultra graphics but at least acceptable .
My PC holds with fluidity Bioshock Infinite Max Ultra Settings and everything belonging to the SSAO to normal , and it is much heavier than Thief .
If I put even the "Regular" Textures play me stuttering every second and worse when I use it to " Very High" , even I thought it was my graphics card or anything, but I did some tests putting everything on " Very High" and leaving the texture to "Low" and guess what ? I do not stuttering or freeze , so it is not a problem of my PC but the game itself that has been optimized badly ( worse moments of Dark Souls ... )
Then another thing I do not understand that putting "Low" or " Very High" many textures in the game are the same, mystery ...
I recommend to others to take it on the cheap this game at full price is not worth them just like optimization."
