Yes, it has been bad for me over the last few days.

It's always been slow. Sometimes 1-2 minutes to load a page. I have learned to watch you tube vids while i enter GA's lol.

You have to F5 constantly to fix it.

Even if you're already on the page you want, refresh it 50 times for good measure.
