Get Games with gold on My PC?

I have tried here but I can't activate them, there is another way?

No-one else with a 360 in your immediate vicinity? Login there, activate the downloads then logout again.
I can only "buy" the freebies for the One which I don't own.
The games for the 360 I have to do from the console itself. Otherwise the browser page complains that my bank info isn't correct.

Where can I redeem the free games?
Console: On Xbox Dashboard Home, there's an Xbox Live Gold tile. When you select that tile, you'll see the free games that are available to download.

Online: You can redeem Xbox One and Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles at Games with Gold. They will be stored in your account and ready for download when you sign in to your console. Please note that you must have a credit card to "purchase" the free games on Xbox.com. However, you will not be charged for downloading a Games with Gold title during its free period on Xbox.com as long as you are an Xbox Live Gold member.

Mobile: If you download the Xbox One SmartGlass app, simply go into the Store and then page right. The Games with Gold titles will be available for redemption there. When you make a selection, the game will be stored in your account and ready for download when you sign in to your console.

I think that I can't i'm using my Free 1 Month Trial they seem that have changed the rules :l

I just wanted Sunset Overdrive but I lost it, oh well I just buy the game with the console.Thank you so much guys!
