Some people that won my giveways tell me to reroll, what does that mean ?

it mean they Win the same Gift for another Gifter its normal if they enter the same

It means you should write a ticket to support so they could choose a new winner :)

Next to the winner's name you find a link "request new winner". They want you to request a new winner there. If the winner commented with their request to re-roll, it will be easily granted by support.
