No, I don't generally pay 60$ for a game unless I am sure it's something that I really want (GTA V), and I missed all the opportunities to purchase it at a lower price earlier.
From what I've seen though Hype ≠ Expectations, same thing kind of happened with Fallout 4 except Fallout 4 delivered at least a little bit. It's a shame though that all of these people are cashing in on refunds because it's an indie dev, every sale counts...
