Go to the minecraft website and create an account there.

Minecraft is not available on steam. Therefore, a code would not activate on it. However, you are able to give out Minecraft codes on steamgifts.com, the same way you can gift Battlefield 3 even though it isn't available on steam. It is your fault that you cannot activate the code. The creator did nothing wrong and should not be reported. You can ask him to reroll if you don't want it.

OP is an example of a user that should be suspended, if not banned.

umm, it seems you haven't read the FAQs yet.
If i remember correctly, there are only two non-steam games that we could giveaway, and that would be minecraft and battlefield 3.

There are some games that are accepted even though they are not on Steam. For example, Battlefield 3 and Minecraft.

Oi, look you, you've been here for months. I assume you've been on Steam a bit longer, so you should know that Minecraft isn't on Steam. Also, you'd think somewhere in that 6 months you'd plod over to the site FAQ and give it a gander, correct?
