So many holidays, what to do?
I was in initially thinking Pirates of the Caribbean, since I though the movie had to be all about pirates and I did rather enjoy the first one, but if just having pirates in it qualifies than The Princess Bride is a great choice!
Though if it's the latter, I'd have to go with Stardust - which just slightly edges out The Princess Bride as my favorite movie containing one or more pirates.

I may be a bit biased, but it is so goood! One of my favorite movies, and one of the few movies that I'm always happy to watch again. I've seen it described as the modern Princess Bride, and I think that description is actually spot on.

Way too quotable and at the same time not. Because then people who have never seen the movie look at you funny.
Then again it's a great way to know who to befriend at a party where you don't know anyone. When someone asks your name, you just have to say "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die".

(Yeah there are still good fights etc. but overall, bad. I always loved old fillers, now even the main arcs are very boring to watch... Everything feels total stupid)
