Uplay problem

Hello , i have some problem with Uplay , i act key for Brotherhood in uplay and than the game appear in My Games , but when i want to see the Rewards and Actions , it say that i already claim all Rewards and Action , before install the game for first time , how it happened ? Also when i look at site , the game isnt appear there ... is there something that the key can be act 2 times or i dont know ? i think the key is from HB...

Check first if that game has rewards or actions . Some old games on uplay if i recall corectly dont have them.

Why can't you learn it will still direct to the use of Uplay if the game itself is owned and publish by Ubisoft.
Not to mention Uplay Download Servers depending on the User region has a faster download speed than Steam itself.

Because if you own the game in Steam , you also need Uplay Client to play it ... but the key is from Humble Bundle and its for Uplay , not for Steam , for that reason i have it in Uplay ... but something is wrong

its available for purchase but in site the game isnt apeear in My Games , also when i go to see the game it says that i dont own it ... i really don`t understand how it happened , but in Uplay Client in My Games i have it and it appear there ...

hmm that's very strange. i'd try and contact support over there then. it showing up in the client but not on the website makes me think maybe it was a region locked key that wasn't supposed to redeem, but that doesn't explain anything about the rewards and actions.

When you click on rewards it just says you already have them all but doesn't show them?

Some games I have don't show on site for me too.
But in the client they work well so I don't care too much with that.

Can you see the rewards for this game on site?
And what game is?

Assassins Creed Brotherhood , yeah i can see them but in site the game dont appear in My Games , also it say that i don`t own it there ...
