You can also do it with hotmail.

yup - login into your gmail account, click your avatar on top-right, select add an account.

I used to use hotmail,. but finally decided that I like GMail the best (also because of Google Drive and Google Docs easilly connected) so I just run 4 different accounts there (main account, proffessional account, fake account for registratrions on shady websites and account that I sometimes use for puzzles - like "first to email special code to this email gets special prize).
