How Do you Brew Your Coffee?
Un chimiste a dit que pour augmenter la quantité de caféine, il faut augmenter la température de l'infusion alors oui, rien de mieux que cette bonne vieille cafetière.

French press, would like to buy an aero press too.
But now since the weather is getting hot I'm making cold brew coffee instead.

Have no idea what all the names in the poll even mean :D:D
Anyway, I love coffee. Daily I drink ground coffee (I believe this is the term). We buy beans and grind them.
Lately I found one instant coffee brand that tastes good..
If I go where there is expresso machine - Ill gladly take that.
But all of these coffees I drink without suger or milk. I like black coffee all the way.
But I dont know why - when buying coffee in gas stations or wherever when on a road I love latte.

yeah, that's it, it should have a filter inside the capsule, plus the ground coffee.
All the machine does is heat up the water and use it under pressure, but its still faster and easier than the old Filter machines
On the downside you are limited to use a smaller number of brands

I have many coffee brewing machines and devices and use almost all of them at various times (some much more often than others), but I mainly use espresso machines. I just received my new machine - a Quick Mill Alexia Evo (single-boiler with E61 grouphead) and I love it. It's pictured in the middle, along side my 8 year old machine (which will remain very much in use) - an Elektra Micro Casa a Leva.

Half coffee (a mild one by the rest i have sometimes problems with belly pain), half mil, a lot of sugar.
Hot or cold.
My friends say i drink Milk with coffee :-D giggling
At my home i use a old coffee machine (pour over/drip). Not the instant machines from today with all the trash and coffee that costs very much in this tiny pads
In Switzerland they would say a "Schümli chaffee" (i hope i wrote it right).
Because i speak only a switzerland german mix (life near the border) -when i want- i can only talk a bit and have no experience in writing anything in there language (that is not german! :-D).

Instant coffee. It's instant, it's relatively cheap, and it's considerably less harmful for health (less influence on blood pressure and none on cholesterol level). It's also less enjoyable, can't argue with that.

Coffee is one of the few things I enjoy rather readily. Whether it's hot, cold, strong or weak, I like all types. I went to a garage sale last week and found an espresso machine for $5 and so far the results are wonderful as well. So here's a question: How do you like your coffee brewed? Why?
