Happy Birthday and don't you worry, this is the perfect excuse to make it a birthday month/trimester (I really do hope this whole thing won't last another month but I'm not counting my chickens) and celebrate several times.
As for the rest, sorry to read about 2019 but hey 2020 has been shitty for everyone so far, some worse than others, so it can only look up and you did the right thing taking your first step on the path of healing so a few weeks delay won't change the outcome.
In the meantime, hang tight, try to find something that makes you smile every day. and don't worry about the future too much. No day but today.

Sorry you're stuck at home during a pandemic on your b-day. However, look at it this way... you are certainly not alone! Despite that, I hope you made the best of it and thank you for celebrating it with us.

This is definitely not how I imagined my thirtieth birthday would be, stuck at home stressing over a pandemic that thankfully hasn't hitted the people I know but has had a very evident impact on daily life.
I miss normality, kinda sick of feeling like I'm Frozen in place. But no point in being all sad about it, gotta hope for a better future, eventualy XD

BTW it's not just the corona that has me down it was more like the cherry on top after a shitty 2019. Still kinda pissed that this whole mess started right before I had my first session of therapy, just got to do the introductury interview and then the country went into lockdown.
