Ja das stimmt so nicht ganz. Im offline mode kann man es ohne VPN zocken, außerdem kann man es als "Steam fremdes Spiel hinzufügen" und so auch ohne VPN zocken. Warum Square Enix das gemacht hat ist mir nicht ganz klar. Selbst wenn man auf die Uncut verzichten könnte, für die Cut Version komme keine Updates.

Es gibt doch gar keine Cut Version. Definitive Edition gibt es nur Uncut und mit Runtime Lock für Deutschland. Die Original Version gab es als Low Violence Version und einer Uncut Version, die noch problemos in Deutschland aktivierbar war, nur nicht kaufbar im Steam Store. Square Enix versteht nur die deutschen Gesetzte nicht und sind ignorant was die Definitive Edition anbelangt. Es gibt nen ellenlagen Thread in der SteamCommunity zum Spiel.

Nope, I wasn't on playfire either. Looking at their voucher thread on the forum I'll just go ahead and assume I can't use it in my country

according to reply from GMG's support, they have disabled latest vouchers for some countries.

Yeah I just noticed, don't remember what was my problem and how I fixed it then.
But first time I tried, OP voucher didn't work but Venhiem's did
Then I canceled my order and tried again with OP's and it worked

First order you can't attach a voucher. Just order this birthday pack for 50cents. Then make a new order and use voucher. Still cheaper :)
