Yup. Happened a few hours earlier also.

Happened to me too yesterday, just changed it to private and then back to public again and it worked.

Btw it doesn't let me sync again, so it's not a long term solution.

Tried again and now it worked :D
I guess it can be random

Got that error in the past days, just waited it out and solved itself in about a day.

This happens every so often. I don't remember what the cause was, but I remember cg being able to take care of it pretty quickly.

Whenever i have the problem, i switch the profile to private and then all back to public.
This fixed it everytime.

Happened to me now. Tried syncing like 5+ times and still nothing. Switching Private>Public doesn't help either.
EdIt: Finally it synced, took forever.

Hi all this is not the only issue. New groups are not synced at all. Steam support washes their hands and steamgifts support blame steam API thank you for nothing.

It does fail a lot that's for sure

Still doesn't work

I waited 17 hours and then it worked

Update here created 2 groups in december none synced ... created one yesterday it got synced

It's not syncing for me. Steam also keeps logging me out a lot in the browser.

EDIT: Worked again a day later.

I can't manually sync, it only auto-syncs after day or two, and the problem persists for weeks. Has anyone here found a fix to it?

I got this error 'Please switch to a public Steam profile before attempting to sync. This can be done by updating your Steam privacy settings as seen below.'
But my account always is fully public

update: now it worked!
