Sourcebans ajax errors

I have posted on the sourcebans page the aliedmod forums went onto there irc chat and everyone is not answering me. Some of the questions its been over 2 weeks! This last forum that I know of where people have some knowledge of source. http://imgur.com/a/RuJeQ Why am I receiving these errors on sourcebans. Sorry no giveaway! My card keeps getting declined ; another thing that I have to fix!
