Broken Sword?? IF you love point and click adventures come help me out

When i was younger, i grew up with my first ever point and click game and i am unsure what exactly it is so what i will do it play out some scenes that i remember from my childhood and see if someone can help me solve this mystery.

Why do i wish to know, because i want to play a childhood game xD

in no particular order,

France as a setting?

A Hotel, you have to get into a room and end up climbing out of window and into next room

A Hospital setting (you were hurt, I think?)

A Bar (something ensued i cant quite remeber what, But i'm sure it had an irish theme)Flanagans comes to mind for some reason.

Cairo or someplace as a setting.

Chasing someone through a manhole cover and sewer maybe

I am unsure of much as you can see but i remeber these settings/events.
