I agree that this anime bikini girl isn't the same kind of art but it is still art.
I was going for whats less iffy between a cartoon bikini girl or nude male sculpture..which comes down to personal taste i suppose.

IMO a vac ban would be a blessing for such a crap shooter.
On the other hand i think your safe from a VAC as that does not edit any memory in the .EXE just mimicks running a game so it would just be like playing 2 games only without all the resources being used for one of them.

Thanks flownzu & Venheim, my main concern would be the inability to play CS:GO on VAC servers, though i am not sure if a VAC ban affects all VAC games or just the game i was playing..

A VAC ban will only affect all CoD games if you got it on MW3.
Just like a CS:GO ban will only affect you on CS:GO.
A VAC ban on any GoldSrc game will ban you from all the GoldSrc games vac servers.
I believe for source games(besides go) it's the same. Do some searches on google and you'll find out more.
I saw this on the Steam forums once in a Idle Master-related thread that a Steam mod responded to, so you might wanna take a look int the Steam FAQ or something like that.

Don't read answers by idiots. It's impossible to be banned for Idle Master. You could be legit running another game, TAB out and run CoD and it would appear to be the same thing.

I am aware of Idle Master's technicalities now, i was concerned because the dev even says that a VAC ban is not likely but better to be safe than sorry, which to me isn't a set in stone- "no it won't happen"

vac is anti cheat. all idle master does is trick steam into thinking youve loaded a game. no one in the history of steam has ever had a vac ban for what is essentially 'having more than one game open at the same time'.

Honestly, i really have no idea how VAC works and i never had to worry about it until i started using Idling programs which are "Not recommended" to have running while playing in a VAC server. So, i feel if there was no issue, there wouldn't be a recommendation.

i think, everything that uses dll injection or manipulates game files, will potentially trigger vac. idle master does not do that. so you're good.

I guess losing out on MW3 multiplayer wouldn't be a huge loss, but not knowing anything about VAC, my biggest worry was if it would be a complete ban (All VAC servers in all games) or just for the 1 game.

Since when is MW3 VAC protected? In my time I saw so many cheaters there... no, I'm not talking about "but I shot him, he must have Godmode on", I'm talking about people moving at 300% speed, people flying in the sky and raining infinite grenades down, people teleporting across the map while wielding akimbo style sniper rifles in rapid fire mode with infinite ammo.
TL;DR: You should be good to go, there is no cheat protection in Cod MW3

Okay, its true it doesn't work.
I have see my fair share of cheaters there, the worst being, IMO, the Godmoders. But the store page does say: "Valve Anti-Cheat Enabled".

The store page claims often stuff... for me all the cheaters ultimately ruined completely the experience. Like the first 100 matches were all fine, but around the time I stopped completely there was like only 1 out of 10 games without cheaters.
What I personally hated most is this floor cheat, where everybody drops through the floor and dies... which is quite convenient for the cheaters if you have a killstreak going on.

I don't think i have seen the floor cheat, but i have been in games against someone who seemed to have unlimited killstreak rewards...specifically the nuke one, what ever its called. That was a pain in the ass..
Lat night was the first time playing in a few months, there very well could have been a cheater in the game, but no one that i could point to and actually tell they were cheating.. I got owned baaad like it was my first game

As far as I know, no one has been VAC banned by using idle master. The dev is extremely open about his projects so if such a case were to happen, we would know about it already. Relax, you are going to be fine..

Haven't heard of Idle Master until now, and reading about it doesn't seem, imo, that you'd be banned.
Technically, you could play all your games the same way the software works.

... You basically ran 2 games at the same time, it's not a ban reason. VAC is only works if you actually cheat since it specifically detects cheating process exe's. I kinda never saw anyone who got a VAC ban while not using any hacks at all.

I was using Idle Master early this morning when i got bored waiting so i decided to play a game.
Problem is, I first forgot to close Idle Master, and second i completely forgot that CoD:MW3 uses VAC.
I haven't been VAC banned yet but i am anticipating to be soon...
