Games to Look Out for in 2016.

I am desperate for XCOM 2, so much so that I broke my rules and pre-ordered a physical copy of it. Please be good please be good please be good.

The games I'm really excited for are Xcom 2 (already on your list) and Total War Warhammer (this one I'm really excited for and will pre order about a month before release (depending on when I get my money)) (another link)

Don't know if it has been mention, but Mafia III.

Downfall Remastered for Steam from the creator of The Cat Lady. Not as popular as some of the AAA titles on the list, but The Cat Lady is considered to be a great indie game.

Haven't really heard too much about games coming this year, alot if the games mentioned sound interesting but I am definitely hanging out for Dark Souls III. Will be the first game I preorder in a long time, more than happy to pay full price for it too.

Small correction: Mirror's Edge 2 is not a shooter. You can't even pick up guns. Also technically it's called Mirrors Edge: Catalyst.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, fingers crossed.

Disgaea (on PC) is currently my most anticipated, followed by Mankind Divided.
The first because of a huge amount of nostalgic value (and being a great game otherwise), and the latter for being the sequel to one of my favourite games of all kind.

I will also +1 your mentions of No Man's Sky and Doom.

Wow. Quantum Break is my kind of game, love story-driven games and this game looks straight up amazing. I've been excited about DOOM for months already, will most likely be the first game I've bought on release day in four years.

I'm waiting for Doom the most. Thinking about pre-ordering too. And of course Shadow Warrior 2.
