Yeah, that's the thing that bothered me, they should give the option that if you choose as gift they just don't offer any extra discount.

There were few bundles that when you bought and already own some of the games you would get extra games in your inventory, but that only worked for very few games, after this I'm guessing none will.
For the most part if you bought a pack for yourself and already owned some of the games they would just be "wasted" games. So I imagine that would remain the same, you don't get charged for the games you own and you don't get extra copies either.

The price of some steam bundles will vary depending of how many of the games you already own in the bundle. It's a nice measure that would make getting some of the games in bundles cheaper.
But it does have an issue and that is that if you own some of the games in the bundle you can't buy it to gift anymore as the price is lower, they could fix this by making it full price if your buying as gift, but at the moment it doesn't let you. It shows the following message "Because the contents of Valve Complete Pack are personalized for your account, it cannot be purchased as a gift."
Right now it doesn't work for all of the bundles but one it does is Valve Complete Pack. Although I have a problem with it, when I go to the store it gives me the price as $322.2 pesos, based on the games I'm missing, but when I add it to the cart the price changes to $443.70 pesos, anyone else having that problem, of it showing different prices?
