I have spent a fair amount of time lately browsing the trading section of this wonderful site and a few times have come across long lists of unsorted games. I understand this is a personal problem, but seeing giant lists of games in no particular order makes my eyes go crossed and I break out in cold sweats of anxiety. If only there was a way to easily alphabetize the list of games you're selling...(remember...this makes it easier for your customer/trade partner to browse your list AND easier for you to stay more organized!)

  1. Check out this web-based spreadsheet site - https://ethercalc.org/ (no signup or installation required!)

  2. Select all of your games from your current trading thread and hit ctrl+c(copy) or r-click and select 'copy' from the browser menu http://i.imgur.com/ORN67GD.jpg

  3. Go to the top left box on your new spreadsheet(A1), select it and hit ctrl+v(paste). Your list should now be in the spreadsheet in the same, unsorted format as your original trading post.

  4. Left click your first title(A1) and select it. While holding down shift, scroll or drag down to your last game title from your list and click it. This should highlight and select your entire games list.

  5. Click the Sort tab on your spreadsheet. A drop down box comes up in the top left of the page asking you to specify the range to be sorted. For the example I used, this person had 62 games. I selected the default that popped up, which was A1:A62. Then click the button to the right of the drop menu and sort your list into alphabetical order! http://i.imgur.com/E6O114t.jpg

  6. Again, ctrl+c to copy your new list and ctrl+v to paste it into your trade thread!

Please, sort your list...a few more jumbled masses of game titles may drive me catatonic! Thanks for looking!
