Yeah, I went through something similar as it sunk in. :P

The problem with having more than one items with the same name in the list is that most people get confused and pick them randomly, so we let them get enabled/disabled automatically, according to their appearance on the Steam store. When a user wants to create a giveaway for a different pack (with the same name, just an older version), they can submit a ticket to ask us to add it to the list temporarily so they can create the specific version they are looking for.
This actually happens to quite a lot of packs but it's not usually an issue since the giveaway game can be swapped accordingly. I'll be closing this thread and direct you to the ticket you created if you don't mind.

So yesterday I created a GA for the Saints Row Ultimate Franchise Pack. I bought the key for it 1-2 weeks ago.
Apparently Steam changed the pack contents two days ago to include the DLC Gat Out Of Hell.
Unfortunately at this time the SG creation form only points at the latest one. I created a GA for the key I have without realizing this. The problem is that if the GA doesn't properly match the listing content, someone could potentially get knocked as having not activated Gat Out Of Hell when the GA says they won the game.
Yes, there's a support ticket submitted, and I put a notice on the GA description until it's resolved.
I wanted to call this to the attention of any other gifters who may have purchased SRUFP before October 9 and have been sitting on it with the intention of giving it away at some future point. Support hasn't offered a fix for me yet, but I'm sure they'll get around to it.

Thanks to MrGSkull for catching this!!
