Giveaway Date range timezone

Hey,

So I'm new in the "Create a giveaway" story, and was thinking: Is the time my local time, or is it some standard? Like GMT or what so ever?
Because if I put it up for today 8pm GMT+1, and the time shown there is actually 8 pm MDT or something than i have to go out of bed late at night :o

You also have 7 days to send the gift so if you can't send it right away it's fine.
