Be alerted to free games on steam/origin

Hey everyone, with all the free games on steam and origin lately I was wondering if there is any service that will email you when a game is free for a limited time on steam or origin as I sometimes don't log into either service for a few days, but I always check my emails.

Except its not very up to date, for example they do not list plants vs zombies on origin yet they list the expired bf3 deal.

Indie Kings usually as others have mentioned above. But you can always check this forum, if there's a free game available you can bet many people will be on it instantly here.
