Metro 2033 sale or bundle?

There was a sudden surge of Metro 2033 giveaways today, which usually means it's on sale somewhere or part of a new bundle. I can't find it in any of the usual places though. Are all the giveaways just a coincidence, or am I missing something? Thanks!

It's most likely just all the keys people have been saving since they were given out for free.
