I won a contest in the early 90s for a modem. It was the first person to kill the dragon on LEgend of the Red Dragon and I won it and I never got the modem. Oh I also won a fake cities in motion 2 here.

You can make only like 3 or 4 giveaways as level 0 user. So he won't be trolling for long.

If you have an issue with another user, create a support ticket to report it, do not create forum posts.
If you received an invalid key, leave a comment on the giveaway page to notify the giveaway creator and mark the giveaway Not Received after 1 week if he fails to provide a working key.

So after 1 year as a user on Steamgifts it happened. I got trolled. Won a raffle for Noct but the key that appeared was not a legit Steam key and could not be activated.
What frustrated me was not that - though I was happy for Noct :( - no, it's how the user cost me time and nerve all the time when I tried to contact him but he just ignored my friend request and messages on his profile. He's from Ukraine so it didn't even cross my mind that I was trolled but believed he probably copy-pasted the key wrong.
And after a couple days what do I come across? A new giveaway for Noct from the same user. I wrote him in that new raffle why he didn't respond to me and is giving the same game away while mine's not sorted yet. He put me on his blacklist ( -_-')
And suddenly all fell into place. What a dick move. I don't understand what anyone gains by trolling like this.
Either way, I wanted to vent a bit (and it's a good excuse for my first discussion here). ( ^_^)/
