Is it too soon to start having children together? We have to start an invasion, you know...
And sorry for the offtopic, but it blowed my mind seing a post created by "me" xd I am a singleplayer. I played a MMORPG once and it was too addictive for me, so I forbade myself playing more games of that kind. I have played LoL too, but never got my interest too much. I enjoy adventure games with a story to tell.

A "good game" is kinda subjective.
I really like many games, but I rarelly play anything for more than 10 hours. Beyond that point I tend to lose interest.
I wouldn't say there aren't good games anymore, I'm currently enjoying Valiant Hearts; and honestly, it's great.
About the other question, I mostly play single-player stuff. My MP games just rot in my backlog :P

It seems like everyone is playing Clicker heroes...

I always find single-player games to be the best due to the fact that you don't have to deal with other people. Don't get me wrong, you meet a lot of great people in games., yet you find more people that just irritate you.

Well, about CS:GO, its not a problem of the game, right? At any multiplayer game that grows much as CS:GO you will have that kind of problems.
There are a lot of good games, but it looks like you want something to play for months and months. 50h for GTA V is enough to complete the campaign while having breaks of the missions and doing random stuff for fun. I completed it in 54h and I have great memories about the game, for me its an awesome game. And other lots of games I finished in 40-100 hours that are awesome.
Maybe what you want is an on-line game with a massive replayability factor and a clean, respectable community? Thats hard to find. Maybe try look into mmorpgs with a smaller community but still stable. Like Diablo 3, I d (even tho its not a mmorpg per se) unno.

I've played CS for years and also competitively in leagues. I basically finished the Game by ranking up to Global Elite. There's nothing else to do anymore. I'm just sick of the community and I decided that I will end it there. I'm looking for a game LIKE Diablo 3, but Diablo 3 doesn't really appeal to me for some reason :/

I gotta you. I'm SMFC, for me reaching SMFC was like "finish the game" for now, because I'm still far to deserve Global Elite (even tho I can be easily carried to it) and I'm really unmotivated to grind up because of that. But still, I always log in to play some DM FFA and etc. When I reach GE, I plan to try to play at ESEA leagues or something like that.
I imagine that reaching GE must be boring after, but I assure you will you get back. People never quit CS. Just try to ignore the community, find cool people to play with, make a nice 5-man team and play together, that might help.
About other games, I dunno, I don't have an alternative game to CS that have a massive replayability factor, only Diablo 3. So always when I take breaks of CS I buy a new game (and breaks for me are not stop playing completely, is like only playing 30min per day, maybe a MM, maybe some DM) .
Last sale I bought a lot of games to play during those breaks. I can't name anything now that is LIKE Diablo 3, but I will tell you some great strategy games (if you like strategy games):
Crusader Kings II - Complex strategy game with a big learning curve, but very fun and rewarding
Total War: Rome II - In some aspects similar to Crusader Kings, but much less complex and at this one you can control armies at battles, wars, etc, at Crusader Kings the battles are different
Maybe you will like Total War Arena, its still in closed beta (I was lucky to get a key) and there will a MM system and I guess that ranks also.
No options fitting 100% what you're looking for tho. Not a good time to be an mmo player if you don't play FPS. The biggest games dying, the new ones not sustaining the hype... yeah its hard. :/

I don't have time for a team anymore since my working schedule changes every week. No time for trainings etc. Apart from AoE 2 and the old Stronghold, I don't really like strategy games. Even though Diablo 3 doesn't appeal to me, I might try it out as everyone is suggesting it.

You could try Nuclear Dawn. It's a neat mash-up (team-based FPS w/ RTS elements, teamwork required) multiplayer game and is basically being held up by highly dedicated, friendly player-base the last time I checked. A couple of my friends play it and everyone that I encountered seemed like fairly nice people.

Hotline Miami, for style, music and story, Hotline Miami 2 is also great.
Faster Than Light for... well, I can't really express why, this game has 'something' in it, it's like describing why you think something is pretty. Mostly it's not about curves or colour, but for how everything adds.
For more recent games:
LA Noir - open world, solving crimes, great story, actually a really noir movies style game, if you like that, I can reccomend it.
Red Dead Redemption - even better story, open world, great interaction with the world and the fact it's a western.
The Darkness 2 - for the feeling the game give you, for atmosphere and for story that actually get me really involved, even when I was only looking for game with powerfull protagonist.
I could go on and on, but this was first games that came to my mind. Unfortunatelly, overall I have to agree with you. Sometimes I wonder - is this games that change or maybe I'm actually slowly become older? Or maybe there are some changes in your life that takes joy from playing? I know it was like that (sometimes still is) in my case.

Recently I have been asking myself "Is there any good game yet?" and if I'm the only one who thinks so. I used to be a really pationate Gamer a few years ago. I used to play Pokemon on a Gameboy SP and I had like 2500 hours on Pokemon Emerald while I only played it through once. God knows what I did after finishing it. However, I can't seem to enjoy any game in last time. I was super excited for GTA V, pre ordered it months ago and lost interest after playing not even 50 hours. I used to be into survival games for a short while, but it's all the same. Glitchy, badly optimized, empty promises and monotonous. I have met people in person from another country through CS which I've played for thousands of hours. Now I quit because I'm tired of all the overly toxic people, scammers and hackers. I know it has always been that way, but it get's worse and worse. Maybe it's because I don't have the right kind of people to play good games with or it's the fact that there is no "good games" anymore.
Apart from LoL, Dota 2, CS:GO, COD, BF, what do you guys play the most?
I mainly opened this thread to find a multiplayer game where I can have a good time and meet some nice people. If you have that kind of game and you're from Europe, feel free to add me.
