Daily Indie Games was always very reliable. But now there is no way to mark a key as bad and they have stopped refunding for bad keys. I just want to know if it's me or are other people having the same problem. My history shows two bad keys refunded but the third one was on June 11th or 12th. I have sent 3 support requests and have not received a response from any of them. I will not be adding any more funds to my account until this is resolved.

Given the way the site has been progressing in recent years, I'd definitely think it advisable to hold to a bit of caution in regards to how much you invest into the site at once. We've had plenty of other sites die overnight over the years (and I can think of several where unclaimed content was lost) so, even if we don't think it likely, that's a possibility worth keeping at least in the periphials of one's considerations. I definitely think it's the right call to pull a "better safe than sorry" any time a concerning issue arises.

That said, their support team seems responsive on their Steam discussion group, even in addressing other posts mentioning a lack of support response. The most recent response is even just from a couple days back (though it did have a 2 day delay on response, so do note that). Maybe try giving that a go: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/dailyindiegame/discussions/0/

Not recently, only 1 a few weeks ago and they gave me a new key after 1 ticket and within a few days.
I got 163 games from them.

Note they seem to be buying and reselling bundles themselves too, so maybe they just got a bad batch or keys that got revoked by a dev.
Why in my case i would have opted for refund thinking i would get another bad key again, but they just gave me a new one that worked.

What Justducky says maybe they are on a holiday (though it be nice to know if such sites would give a notification).
