Opened a 4 Pack on Steam... did not get 3 extra copies

So today I was given a Speedrunners 4-pack. Unpacked (Added a copy to my account) then never received 3 more copies.

Anyone else had this problem before?

wait i thought we can't gift 4-pack (multi packs in general :| ) anymore....

anyway it's a weird problem and i've personally never heard of something similar to this,try steam forums and send a ticket to support...

Some 4-packs give copies that say 4-pack, but are actually single gifts.
