So I just watched the trailers I know of that were released yesterday, I was at work when they dropped so I missed them. I'll be brutally honest when I say that I liked most of them. The Batman, meh, I'll give it a shot but I have zero expectations after that Dark Knight pile of crap. Wonder Woman 1984 should have stayed on the drawing board until they had a concept that worked. Black Adam sounds fun. Lets hope they find a way to implement the JSA for a change. The Suicide Squad could be fun as well. I admit, aside from Jared Leto, I liked the last Suicide Squad. The Snyder Cut of Justice League looks WAY better then the original movie just by watching the trailer alone. Not paying for HBO Max to see it, though. The Gotham Knights game does pique my interest as well.

What did you all think of the trailers?

I'll post them in the unlikely case someone didn't see them yet.
Gotham Knights
Wonder Woman 1984
The Batman
Justice League Snyder Cut
The Suicide Squad
Black Adam

I really enjoyed The Batman but all of them were at least good, except maybe Black Adam as we barely got anything there and you also forgot the trailer for the Rocksteady game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Trailer Link

They look good
Suicide Squad seems to be going with its origins- using low tier villains that are expendable so no worries if they get killed
Justice League Snyder Cut looks awesome but it will be in conflict with new Batman movie, who will be the real Bat??
Gotham Knights I'll have to see the actual game to know if it's good or just more of the usual, Wonder Woman looks like what was expected and Black Adam sounds promising
Also the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League looks very interesting, it's always bad news when merciless villains get scared of someone
Let's see if DC is improving and can deliver the quality they promise with the trailers

Going for the old "evil superman" is kinda MEH though, also those 4 have 0% chance against superman .... so WTF

I guess that Superman will be final boss and until there they're going to find a way to defeat him or cure/make him good again, the best option would be after defeating Batman they get his plans to defeat Superman.
Altough Superman is very powerfull he isn't a skilled fighter so if you weak him into human level or boost one of the Suicide Squad with similar powers they could defeat him, proof of that is that Alfred( Batman's butler) once defeated an evil superman by gaining the same powers as him

Looking forward to Gotham Knights for sure, they seem to be doing something similar to what Ubi did with AC.

While not a fan of a sparkly vampire being Batman, I'd have to chime in on my opinion and say that the Dark Knight trilogy is the worst, I like Heath Leger, but even he couldn't save that complete dumpster fire. Christian Bale should NEVER have been chosen. He made it almost unwatchable due to that unintelligible voice he used.

But that's just how I feel. I hated that trilogy with the sole exception of Heath Leger being a FANTASTIC Joker.

It's rather silly to reduce an actor to a single role they portrayed.

I've always been a huge Marvel fan and not so much a DC fan. That's not to say I haven't enjoyed a decent amount of the films or old cartoons though. I thought all of the trailers DC announced at the event looked really good.

The Batman is the one I'd want to see the most. The film looks really dark compared to some of the other Batman movies. When I heard Patterson was going to be Batman I wasn't sure if it would be a good choice but the trailer made me think that he may pull it off.

I enjoyed the first Justice League but the Justice League Snyder Cut looks like it is going to be a lot better. I get they wanted to hold off on Darkseid but I'm glad he's at least appears in the movie.

I wasn't a big fan of the previous trailers for Wonder Woman 1984 but this one was much better. I've known most of the script for awhile so this in my opinion showcases the movie much better. I really enjoyed the first one and I'm not sure if this will be as good but I think it should still do well.

I think the biggest surprise for me was the Black Adam trailer. Originally I thought he was just going to be the villain in the next Shazam movie so seeing he's getting his own movie is pretty kool.

I've only played one or two of the Batman Gotham games but enjoyed them. Gotham Knights looks pretty kool and I am interested in checking it out. I'm surprised you didn't post the trailer for the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League game. I think the ending of the trailer was kool and might surprise some.

The Suicide Squad I've never really been familiar with. I know some of the characters(Harley, Joker, Deadshot and Killer Croc) in the original film but not many. In this new one I really only know Harley and the only reason I know Captain Boomerang is cause of the first movie. Some of the characters don't really seem that great but I don't know anything about them so they could surprise me. I was really surprised to see John Cena cast. I'm really glad to see Idris Elba in the cast and hope he does well in his role. On a side note I have not seen Birds of Prey yet but I'm going to watch it soon.

The Suicide Squad has been around for years. First appeared in 1959, the team has undergone mane different member changes, both hero and villain combinations alike. So it stands to reason that some people might not know who all the members are. Plus a couple have been made for the movie, or so I heard.

I watched a lot of the DC cartoons from the 70s and 80s, that's where first I became familiar with some of the characters from DC.

I'm really surprised they didn't introduce Hawkman and Hawkgirl into the Justice League yet. I wonder if they'll eventually have Apache Chief, Black Vulcan, Samurai, El Dorado and Giganta make appearces in any of the movies.

Probably not as Apache Chief, Samurai and Black Vulcan were mainly created for the shows and are irrelevant now. not to mention, in this day, they might even be considered racist and stereotypical. Green Lantern wasn't in the Justice league movie either. Well, the ones we know weren't. Plus, I don't think the Hawk's were as popular as the main group. If so, then were was Martian Manhunter and Atom, as they were original founding members of the ORIGINAL Justice League of America?

Those were kool characters in the cartoon, it would be nice to see them somewhere down the line in a movie.

I'm not really sure who Martian Manhunter or Atom are and I don't remember them being in the cartoons.

EDIT: I looked on a wiki and apparently they were in Super Friends but I don't remember them at all.

The founding members of JLA aren't always the same, I believe Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Flash are almost always part of the orignal 6/7 members, the other ones can be Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, Cyborg, Hawman, Hawgirl, Aquaman, Black Canary...

Well, in essence, you are correct. But I was referring to the ORIGINAL JLA from the 1960's.
Then there was the Justice Society of America where an earlier version of Hawkman and Hawkwoman as well a Black Canary came from.

Suicide Squad is usually composed of 2 or 3 well known villains and lots of smaller ones, this way you have more expendable people that aren't really important to other stories
If they go with classical Suicide Squad, there's always a couple of villains that will die and some will be free in the end( to explain why some keep appearing after theyve been arrested).
