It is a role given to you by the site Admin if they consider you worthy. It isn't open to every random member that wants the ability to boot idiots.

I think you have to eliminate one of the support crew members, so the vacancy will make them look for a new one and that's when you offer yourself as a good member and stuff ---> ??? ---> You'll become a support crew member (a supporter ._.).

Just I don't like people immune to any kind of law systems, and at this moment I feel you are here, else couldn't be explained my report to you hadn't been addressed. Yes I know support is very slow, and I have 110 waiting reports, but knowing how and which have been addressed around then I still have that sensation. More when even myself got reported and banned for the same concept after that for a much lighter case and not so flagrant.

As a serious answer, I think that support members usually are quite active on the forums, and probably do a lot of reporting of users. Maybe a mod friends them or something on steam. But from my observation they're usually consistently active for at least a year on SG, so I guess you have 10 months to go?

cg (the website founder/owner) is the one who chooses his staff members, and as far as I know, he is very particular about it. Many members have been here for 2 years, are active and would make good staff members, but haven't been added to support yet. You've just been here for a short while and you already want to be a staff member? Won't happen. :P
