I never got mine. Guess it was too good to be true. Then again I wasn't sure if I could've even used a voucher in dollars, when Paypal's in Euros for me.

The only email i have got from paypal so far was a 15$ credit for 1-800-flowers. hopefully that wasn't it :P

Not everyone will receive 5$. This is just the lottery, someone will get a coupon just for this amount of money.
Ask pp support and they will tell you that.

I issued a complaint at PayPal's and after three rounds of message exchange they issued $5 to my account as a sign of their goodwill.
